Free eStatements through RBCU Online Banking

RBCU eStatements are a no-cost, optional feature within Online Banking that lets you access your account statements with a few clicks of your mouse.

RBCU uses the highest level of data encryption available. Your statement information is secure. And because RBCU eStatements are paperless, it is much harder for identity thieves to get their hands on your personal information. Not only are you doing your part to protect against financial fraud, but you also won't have to worry about shredding your old statements!

RBCU's eStatements become available to online banking members a day or two after the statements are processed - giving members statement information sometimes up to a week faster than the paper statements arriving via mail.

Many members like the environmentally friendly aspect of eStatements. No paper means no trees are being used up for your statements. eStatements are an easy way for you to lessen your personal environmental impact as well as save the credit union (and therefore all RBCU members) a little money.

Smart and Easy - Why Not Switch Today?

1. Log into your RBCU Online Banking account and click the "eStatements” button on the top right-hand side.

2. Review the disclosure, paying special attention to the email address we have for you on file. Ensure your email address is current. Make any necessary changes to this email and click “Accept.” You will receive a "Welcome to RBCU eStatements" email at your listed email address. Right away, you’ll see your statements from previous months.

3. After sign-up, you'll receive an email notification every month when your statement is ready for review. Please note that it is important to keep your email address updated to ensure your continued receipt of eStatements.
