The reason is simple: If RBCU has your up-to-date information (especially phone numbers and
email addresses) we can reach you quickly in the event of any suspicious activity happening on
your accounts.
Providing RBCU staff with this information helps us protect your accounts from fraud. In fact, you
may be asked by RBCU staff for your most recent phone, address, and email information -- or to
confirm what we have on file. Please understand that they may be asking this information of even
our longest standing members.
