Help Protect Your Account(s) From Fraud!

  • Did you open your RBCU account(s) before you even had email?
  • Have you changed your home, cell, or work telephone numbers since that time?
  • Or, did you open your account(s) years ago and now have a new mailing address?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions and it has been awhile since you last added an account or applied for a loan with RBCU, we have a favor to ask of you. The next time you call or visit one of our locations, please be sure to provide us with your most recent contact information.

The reason is simple: If RBCU has your up-to-date information (especially phone numbers and email addresses) we can reach you quickly in the event of any suspicious activity happening on your accounts.

Providing RBCU staff with this information helps us protect your accounts from fraud. In fact, you may be asked by RBCU staff for your most recent phone, address, and email information -- or to confirm what we have on file. Please understand that they may be asking this information of even our longest standing members.
